My Spokane 311 is the new centralized customer service department for the City of Spokane.
My Spokane 311 customer service representatives can be reached by phone, on the internet or in person to help with your solid waste services. If they are unable to answer your question, they know the right person to contact who does. Representatives can be reached by calling 311, Monday-Friday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. If you are outside the city limits, dial 755.CITY (2489). Representatives can also be reached online at MySpokane311.org or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can visit a My Spokane 311 representative in person at City Hall every Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

We are located west of Freya between Mission and Trent.
From Mission, turn south onto Regal St. along the east side of Chief Garry Park and follow the road as it curves right. Take a left onto Nelson Street. Enter off of Nelson through the gate about a block south of Desmet. Drive back toward the new two story gray building and park in the parking lot on the north side of the building. The main office is on the north side of the building facing Desmet Ave. We are located on the lower level.
From Trent, turn north onto Regal St. and drive past the old S&P Meats building and over the railroad tracks. Watch for trains! You are now on Nelson Street. Enter through the gate just north of 901 N Nelson. Drive back toward the new two story gray building and park in the parking lot on the north side of the building. The main office is on the north side of the building facing Desmet Ave. We are located on the lower level.
